Irene (Gaik Im) Koay is a native of Malaysia, She is not only fluent in English but she is fully lingual in Cantonese and Bahasa. She understands the diverse needs for people of differing cultures and has 14 years of administration experience with a multi-national company. Her current partnership with her husband, Edward Miller, specializes in residential properties and land sales in the Phoenix, Arizona and surrounding areas.

Ed Miller comes to the Valley of the Sun from Nebraska, Edward decided to make Scottsdale, Arizona his home 21 years ago. Ed has witnessed and experienced the many changes in the communities, population, civic organizations, and local economy of the Phoenix metro area.

Ed brings extensive experience in all phases of real estate. He is an Associate Broker that previously managed two successful real estate companies Gibraltar Properties and E. Victor Enterprise. Ed has been a successful business owner that has accumulated 25 years of profitable commercial and residential construction, real estate development, leasing sales and property management experience. Edward has been responsible for overseeing development, construction management, and sales of over $500 million worth of property during his career.
